I had an amazing experience with Dr.Chen, from the moment I walked in, she made me feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease. I was very nervous about my appointment, but her calm demeanor, kindness, and reassurance helped take away my fear. Dr. Chen took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening before moving forward. She is incredibly personable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients’ comfort. If you’re someone who gets anxious about going to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Chen. She made what I expected to be a stressful experience feel manageable, and I’m so grateful to have found such a caring dentist as well as her staff.

Dr. Chen is one of the kindest and gentlest dentists I’ve visited in my 40 yrs of life. The admins are extremely welcoming and office is extremely clean. There is never a wait of more than 5 minutes and the care they provide is top notch! I absolutely LOVE this doctor! I would follow her wherever she goes!

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic yesterday! They gave me an exceptionally gentle cleaning, and Dr. Sarah Chen provided an excellent, clear recommendation regarding a dental crown. She followed up by efficiently placing a temporary crown during the same visit. They always make me feel comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Chen and her professional, kind staff!

My experience at the Saddle Brook Dental Center was truly great. The support staff was very accommodating and the dentist, Ms. Chen, is an artist. Ms. Chen explained things to me as things arose during my procedure. I recommend this office to any and everyone.

I recently had a dental implant done at Saddle Brook Dental Center by Dr. Lashgary and Dr. Chen, and the experience was excellent. The procedure was smooth, with no discomfort, and both doctors were highly skilled, kind, and attentive. The staff is magnificent, consisted of few young energetic, friendly and caring, making the whole visit very comfortable. If you are looking for top-quality dental care with reasonable fees, I highly recommend this practice. You will be in excellent hands, and I am confident your experience will be just as positive as mine.
